Paniolo Greens, Hawaii
Today I booked a week in Hawaii. We go there every couple of years and stay at Paniolo Greens. It is in just the right spot, close enough to get to the city of Kailua Kona, but far enough away to be very quiet, inland and cool, close to the best beaches and it has a golf course, pool, restaurants and a grocery store. We usually don't buy much as we stop at Costco on the way there from the airport. It sounds as if all of the grandsons will be there, the current ones anyway. Maybe Mara and Arthur and Nick can come? We stayed in Kailua Kona at the Sheraton Keauhou Bay Resort & Spa and it was wonderful - but this looks like a really great value and just a short drive from that area. I've bookmarked the Shell Vacations Hospitality website for future reference. Thanks for the link. I'm thinking Napa Valley for my birthday in January might be a romantic long weekend! Wonder if I can talk Bryan into it! Thanks Uncle Tim!
