Perhaps Giving Electricity (PG&E)

Ok, so we went out to dinner last night with friends, careful to leave the dog and cat both in the house as it was so hot, with the air conditioning at 77 degrees. We came home to find our entire area darkened and without electricity. It was 90 degrees in the house and very dark. We found our flashlights, and managed to change. I read fifty pages of a Civil War history and we managed to sleep. Power came on sometime during the night. California is moving toward the second tier status. We have had more power outages here than anyplace I have lived.
