Here are some photos of the fish hatchery. It is immense and has Trout, Salmon and probably more I don't know about. Easily worth a visit. It was part of the festival that was perfect for children, including face painting, puppet theater, music and bands, Fly Fishing demonstrations and lessons.

There's something you wont see in Texas, spandex and fishing. California is weird.
