Great Recipe, But....

Last night I knew I needed a good dinner for both of us. Rhonda had a faculty meeting which usually requires a glass of wine and a good meal to overcome. So, I tried this Tuscan Meat Loaf recipe. It was great! It was also a great deal of work and I am not sure I would ever do it again, but if you have some time, try it. And you don't need to turn on the oven.
