After returning from So. Lake Tahoe on Saturday night, and leaving Tom's official retirement party early, with well over 120 folks in attendance, we got back down to the valley. After a few brief hours of sleep, we were up again. I took Rhonda to the starting line for the California International Marathon Relay Challenge where four folks split up the 26 some miles. I came back home and did my chores. I then went back and picked her up at the six mile mark. Seemed to go pretty quickly to me. She finished and handed off the baton to the next runner, then came home for a bath, a nap and after waking up realized that if she had run the entire route, she would still be running. Here is the runner!

Go Rhonda! Awesome! You deserve a nice long nap today.
I'll second Leslie's comment! Wow, I don't think I could run 1 mile right now let alone 6. Good job!
