So, after we lost Rocky we have begun the search for another one. We were supposed to see one yesterday at the local German Shepherd Rescue yesterday but it ran off before it managed to get taken there. It was picked up by the local rescue association, the family that owned the dog could not afford to get it out and since is was a purebred, was promptly adopted. If you know of a German Shepherd, let us know, preferably a younger dog.

You should also check out some Australian shepherds or the red Australian shepherd.(type australian shepherd in wikipedia to see a photo of the red one).
