Only in California would we have to vote on legalizing and taxing marijuana, despite the fact that it is illegal as far as federal law is concerned. And we also get to vote on delaying a bill the legislature passed that would begin to tax Californians to prevent global warming even though our idiot California Air Resources Board acknowledges that we cannot "change the course of climate change." The Assembly bill would cost the average Californian $3800 more a year for electricity and natural gas.
