As someone who examines a great many Websites, I am sometimes concerned when I hear that Google keeps track of everything. I am certain they could look at my browsing history and determine exactly who I am. I have nothing to hide but I just don't like the idea. Startpage.com is an alternative and I am trying it out. It does not keep track.
