California Budget Shortfall

California is in a budget mess of its own making. This report notes that it will be short $28 Billion through June 2010. Not to worry though. Most of the legislators are on vacation or junkets and the Governor? He is busy convening the Governors' Global Climate Summit. We deserve better.
