We know that summer is truly here when the Lily of the Nile show up, usually the last week of June. Family: Agapanthaceae Genus: Agapanthus Species: africanus and they last for most of July and August. Just got a voice mail message from Mara stating she had received our latest package. Postage has become more expensive so she will still be getting some packages but smaller ones. I tried to reproduce the USPS chart below but Google would not cooperate. The bottom line is that a large international flat rate envelope holding up to 4 pounds costs $11.95 and that is still a good deal. After that it gets expensive.
