Greece had one and it was actually pretty serious. But we called Mara and it was far enough away that they did not even feel it. That is fine with me.

I was in my hotel room in Athens around midnight when we had a pretty scary earthquake some years ago. Being a Californian I knew what it was, and after waiting a few minutes went to sleep.
Hey dad, where did you get the picture, the earthquake was actually on Peloponnese Island (the larger chunk of land to the north). Yes we are okay to far away.
