Bosch Dishwasher

Rhonda purchased a very nice Bosch dishwasher in 2005.  It was no longer cleaning well so after looking at some reviews here I called Ben, a local guy from IC Appliance Repair.  He made an appointment and was here promptly.  He quickly diagnosed the problem.  The bad news:  it needed a new controller that would cost almost $500 dollars.  The good news:  he checked the model and found out that the controller unit had been recalled and Bosch would pay for a replacement and installation.  He even gave us their phone number.  The part is on the way.  His fee of $49 dollars was worth every cent.  We will call him again when needed.  Thanks so much!!  Nice to find competent repair folks.
