WoW!

We must live in a pretty nice neighborhood. The house across the street, which was simply trashed by the previous owner,sold at auction Monday for $311,000. It had a broken pipe over a weekend and the entire downstairs flooded. The owner never repaired it and simply walked away. It is a two story house with nothing downstairs, including having no kitchen. And the roof needs replaced. I am surprised. It will take easily over $100,000 to fix things up, and the backyard is trashed as well. Someone is a real optimist.
