Happy New Year!

Since we are still on east coast time our New Year's eve celebration was limited to a nice meal. We had a Filet Mignon, baked potato and a salad. I think we were in bed before 10 PM. We had a great visit to the east coast and had a White Christmas. It was great to see everyone. One of Kristy's cousins, Jeremy, just got out of the Army and we met him last weekend. He was stationed in Fairbanks, Alaska and had driven 4500 miles. At a gas station in a small town in Virginia, someone remarked that he had strange license plates. He told them they were from Alaska and he had driven from there. The person told him that was impossible and stated that you cannot drive from Alaska to the main land. Go figure. We flew home Wednesday after a quick visit with Drema, one of Rhonda's friends. The flights were fine but a little late as we changed planes in Salt Lake and it was snowing so we had to do the de-icing routine. Hope everyone has a great year.
