It's A Bird, It's A Plane, It's A Tree?

We have been taking the dog, Rocky, to a new park up on the ridge. He likes being up there and having a commanding view of Sacramento, but this tree is confusing to him, since it is really a camouflaged cell phone tower. Yes, they do stuff like this in California.
